Le Quan Turner, Minister for Community Life (2019-2020)

Elder Le Quan Turner, a native Washingtonian, was born into a family of preachers and teachers of the gospel. She is a Ruling Elder and has served various congregations within National Capital Presbytery, Presbyterian Church (USA) as a pulpit supply preacher. She earned her Associates of Arts degree in Secondary Education from Prince George’s Community College.  She went on to complete her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Language from the University of Maryland, College Park. Le Quan returned to her high school alma mater to teach American Literature and Spanish.  She also exercised and sharpened her knowledge in her field of study as a middle school Language Arts teacher. Le Quan holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Development with a concentration in Training and Consulting from Bowie State University. She received her Master of Divinity degree from Wesley Theological Seminary.
